TPI NEXT Foundation

TPI NEXT® is a model that helps companies to improve their testing process with the focus and based on their business objectives. There can be several reasons for improving processes. Think of cost savings, shortening the time-to-market or quality improvement. Because TPI NEXT® is in line with business objectives, testing will improve in efficiency and effectivity. You will be able to deliver faster whilst maintaining or increasing the quality. This allows you to get more returns of investment from the test process.

What will you learn?

During the training the following topics are covered:

• Testing
• Test process improvement
• TPI NEXT® model
• Elements from the TPI NEXT® model to measure and improve test processes
• Business Driven Test process improvement

The training enhances your knowledge and understanding of the content, possibilities and applications of the TPI NEXT® model. Furthermore, the training prepares you for obtaining the TPI NEXT® Foundation certificate.

What are you going to do?

During the training you use your own testing experience as an example and you work in small groups on practical assignments. There are no individual assignments.

Who is this training suitable for?

The TPI NEXT® Foundation training is intended for test professionals and anyone involved in (improving) test processes.

What prior knowledge do you need?

One or more months of experience with testing or involvement in the testing process.
