In the 2-day Professional Scrum Master training, beginning Scrum Masters and team members learn the basics of Scrum and Agile practice. The training is based on the principles of Scrum.org.
What will you learn?
During the training, theory and practice alternate and the following topics are discussed:

Scrum Theory, Concepts, Practice;
Release Planning;
Production and Sprints;
Velocity game;
Obstacles and hurdles;
Management, Distribution and Upscaling.
What prior knowledge do you need?
It is recommended to read the Scrum Guide in advance.
Can you take the exam?
The exam is not part of this training. The exam can be ordered from Scrum.org.
Who is this training suitable for?
The Professional Scrum Master training is for everyone who is currently part of a Scrum team or expects to be part of it. Scrum teams are “cross” functional, so even if you are not a developer, this training will help you contribute more effectively to the team. Managers learn how to support a Scrum team and project managers learn to look differently at a new way of product development.
