The 2-day Professional Product Owner training contains the fundamentals for successfully running an Agile project, using Scrum. The training is based on the principles of Scrum.org.

What are you going to do?
You learn from the role of Product Owner to find a balance in the responsibilities and authorities between you, the team and the Scrum Master. This training goes deeper into the use of User Stories, traditional requirements, features, Use Cases and issues. The strengths and weaknesses of these components are highlightedand solution strategies are discussed. The emphasis is on the self-organizing capacity of the team and the cooperation between the Product Owner, Scrum Master and the Scrum team.
In this training you take control and build your own course content from a product backlog. You will immediately learn the importance of setting priorities for the market, accepting the dependencies between Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and optimizing the value you get for the time you invest. And that already in the first half hour! How it goes after that depends on your choice.
