Using the above topics, the trainers use framework and case studies to show how the principles of SAFe® contribute to improving productivity, employee engagement, time-to-market and quality. In addition, you will gain insights into the most effective leadership skills to bring out the intrinsic motivation and desired behavioral change in employees.

What prior knowledge do you need?

General knowledge of Agile and software development is desirable.

Can you take the exam?

After the training you can take an exam.

The exam is taken digitally by the SAFe® Academy. This (open book) exam must be completed online within 30 days after the end of the training. With a good result you will receive the SAFe® Agilist certificate.

Who is this training suitable for?

You work in an organization where a movement towards an Agile way of working (whether according to SAFe® or not) has been initiated or is desired. It does not matter what role you fulfill within your organization.
