Has your organization already taken its first steps towards an Agile organization, for example with Scrum teams? Are you part of such an Agile team or do you have to deal with them, as a client, project manager, architect, service manager or from another role? And do you still see room for improvement in the cooperation between the different Agile teams, for:
Realizing program objectives and associated benefits such as Business Agility
Managing dependencies between the team backlogs
Structuring release management
Better integration of team goals with strategic portfolio choices
The connection of Enterprise Architecture with the principles of the Agile teams
