The use of Service Oriented Architecture in IT systems has significantly changed the development and testing process. The SoapUI Fundamentals course is an introduction to the use of tooling in testing web services. Experience with the use of SoapUI is also a good introduction to the use of other tools within the testing process.

What will you learn?

The first part of the day contains a short introduction to testing web services and introduces you to the functionality of SoapUI (Open Source variant). This involves looking at setting up and setting up / managing tests in SoapUI and the use of tooling for non-technical testers.

The second half of the day focuses on the use of SoapUI for various test activities. The integration of the tooling in Agile, DevOps or CI / CD processes is also discussed.
