Agile Risk Analysis for Quality Engineering

Agile thinking focuses on business value. To determine whether you have reached the right level of quality for the desired business value, you need to know what the requirements and risks are. If you work in a development team that embraces Agile thinking (Scrum, DevOps, SAFe), performing a product risk analysis is not always easy.

During this training you gain knowledge of the theory behind the Product Risk Analysis, learn why you should apply it and work on a practical assignment in which you use 'a' method that fits in an Agile environment. You will also learn to translate this into a Quality Engineering Strategy (QES).

What are you going to do?

In addition to some theory on the how and why of product risk analysis in an Agile environment, you will work on a practical assignment to apply the theory learned, in practice.

Who is this training suitable for?

This training is intended (but not restricted) to people on a development team that embraces the Agile way of working, such as Scrum, SAFe and DevOps. In particular, the following roles: testers, developers, scrum masters, business analysts, product owners, etc.

What prior knowledge do you need?

To follow this training, at least one year of practical experience in an Agile development team is required. In addition, the following prior knowledge is required:

• Agile Foundation
• Scrum basis
• TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams (optional)
